吾愛孟夫子，
風流天下聞。
紅顏棄軒冕，
白首臥鬆雲。
醉月頻中聖，
迷花不事君。
高山安可仰？
徒此揖清芬。

I love Master Meng,
His untrammelled talents known all over the world.
In the bloom of youth he rejected carriage and cap;
Now white-haired he rests among pines and clouds.
Flush with the moon, a devotee of drink,
Bemused by flowers, he does not serve any master.
How can this towering figure be given due respect?
I only have this to salute his unsullied spirit.
